1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Durga Bhavani Mart application at https://dbmarts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please immediately stop using the Application.

2. About the Application

The Application is a platform through which Registered Users can order groceries and have them delivered to a specified location. Over time, the Application learns user grocery habits and proposes weekly grocery baskets. All available programs may change at any time at Durga Bhavani Mart's discretion.

3. Eligibility & Use Conditions

As a condition of use, you agree that:

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You are capable of creating a binding legal obligation.
• You are not barred from receiving products or services under applicable law.
• You will not use crawlers, robots, data mining or extraction tools.
• All information you provide is accurate, true, current and complete.
• You will keep your account information updated at all times.
• If you are between 16 and 18 years old, your parent or guardian may be liable for your activities on the Application.

Note: This Application is intended for users aged 16 and above.

4. Your Account

4.1 Registration

To use the Application, you must provide: (i) first name; (ii) last name; (iii) mobile phone number (used for OTP login); (iv) delivery location; (v) payment information (where applicable); and (vi) an account password.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You may only hold one Account for personal use. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and all activities that occur under it.

4.3 Account Termination

Your Account is non-transferable. Any violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of your Account at Durga Bhavani Mart's sole discretion. Upon termination, all pending promotional vouchers and unredeemed values will be forfeited. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Payment Methods

Durga Bhavani Mart currently supports the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
• UPI — Pay via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI-enabled app.

For UPI payments, you must provide a valid UTR number and attach a screenshot of payment proof. Orders will be processed only after payment verification.

Durga Bhavani Mart reserves the right to cancel any order where payment proof is invalid or fraudulent. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: We do not store any UPI credentials or banking information.

6. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

For order cancellations, please call us. All refund/return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving items.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting illegal or harmful content
• Uploading viruses or malware
• Impersonating others
• Accessing unauthorized data
• Testing system security
• Reselling platform access
• Acting against the reputation of Durga Bhavani Mart

8. Intellectual Property

All content including text, images, graphics, and software is protected under Indian laws. You may not copy or use without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

Durga Bhavani Mart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Consumer rights under Indian law remain unaffected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Durga Bhavani Mart from any claims arising from misuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled in Andhra Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
