2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products
• Expired products
• Wrong items delivered
• Missing items in your order

3. Return Time

All return or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Perishable items after delivery (unless damaged)
• Items without original packaging

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be given via UPI or bank transfer

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
